- Remove vacuum plate from simmer box before backwashing.
- Clean all baskets.
- Grease 'O' rings at pump lid and valves, fill pump basket with water.
- Backwash filter for 4 minutes.
- Rinse for 15 seconds.
- Top up Pool.. SODA
- Add ____kg of Sodium Bicarb — mix 2-3 kg in a bucket of water and pour down skimmer box. Repeat until all the required amount of Bicarb has been used
- Run Filters for 4 hours.
- Add ____litres of Hydrochloric acid mix in a bucket of water and splash over pool surface.
- Add ____ chlorine. Pour around edges of pool. (Mix granular with water in bucket.)
- Add ____ kg stabilizer — dissolve in bucket of water pour down skimmer box.
- Run Pump and filter for 48 hours NON STOP
- Add ____- 20kg bags of salt at shallow end of pool
- Remove salt cell and clean in a bucket of 10 parts water to 1 part hydrochloric acid.
- Run Salt chlorinator from 4pm — 11 pm.
REPEAT STEPS 4,5 AND 6 WEEKLY.
Pools go green because of lack of chlorine – Super chlorinate every 2 weeks.
