**Please check your measurements as well as the information on the cartridge filter, as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect orders. We will accept returns of cartridges in original box and condition but postage will be at the customers expense.

Shipping

Standard shipping: 4-8 business days.
Standard express shipping: 2-3 business days to all metro areas and 3-5 business days for areas outside AusPost Express Zone.
Same day delivery: Order before 1pm and receive your order by 8pm on the same business day. Sunday to Friday / Melbourne Metro only.
Non-standard shipping: Once you place your online order, you will receive an email notification within 48 business hours to let you know the date that your order is scheduled for delivery.
